The site makes it easy to maintain all the information and documents needed for the smooth running of the Governing Body. It maintains contact and appointment details for all governors and keeps a record of all committees with their membership, Terms of Reference and other vital information.

All important documents are made available on-line so Governors can easily access the information they need without the need for multiple paper copies. There is also a diary to schedule all meetings and other school activities.

The system has recently been upgraded to give additional features including more information on the Home page and a more flexible document store.  This site provides an online User Guide for the latest version of the system.  Help for each part of the site can be found under each tab.
